①The battery cannot be charged

       There can be some reasons for not charging during charging: the charger is connected in reverse or the charger is faulty; the protection board protection is not restored or the protection board is faulty; the battery pack is disconnected from the external circuit of the appliance.

       When dealing with the above adverse phenomena, look for: whether the charger is connected in reverse, whether the positive and negative electrode plug of the battery pack is connected in reverse; restart the appliance to remove the protection board protection, measure whether the MOS tube of the protection board has a driving voltage; find out whether the wiring connection is loose and disconnected.

②Short range

       The battery pack is discharged quickly when used. The reasons for this are: the lithium-ion battery is not fully charged; the single-serial voltage capacity is large; the battery pack is slightly short-circuited or the battery pack is self-discharged, so that the battery pack is consumed as soon as it is fully charged.

       For the above defects, the battery pack can be recharged or replaced with the defective battery cell to deal with it.

③Plate softening fault

       The important manifestation is that the surface of the positive electrode plate gradually becomes softer from the beginning to a paste, and as the surface area decreases, the battery capacity will decrease.

       Repair method: After discharge of 10.5v, the light bulb will be discharged for 1-5 hours. Then there is the activator, which activates the repair. In this way, repairs are possible, but in heavier cases, you can only replace them with new ones.
